Site popularity dictates search results in search engines such as Google and Yahoo. By creating backlinks to your website you will improve search results.
There are several ways of creating back links to your website.
1, Write articles on your business subject, you can then submit your articles to article directories. By choosing a few key words in your articles and turning them into links to your website pages will get your pages ranked in search engines. Most article directories also have an authors box where you will be able to add a link to your site. Try to submit differant artilces to differant directories. To find article directories search google for Article Directories. Most are free.
2, Submit your website to the many free web directories on the internet. there are 1000's of them. When doing this you will require the following info.
Title (the title of your site or page)
Website address
Description. A description of your site (do not fill with keywords)
meta tags. keywords
meta description. ( a brief description of your site )
email address (create one just for directories)
Name (username)

Hi Amiman
Firstly thanks for getting involved in the site, it's still very early days for the network and it's great to see people wanting to get involved.
Secondly thanks for the good advice, it's well worth doing what you've suggested with regards to the back links, despite being quite a long process to get your site on to all the directories it's really easy to do and well worth the effort.
I see from your profile that you're Keighley based, have you ever considered coming along to one of the AVBN events? The next one is on the 6th of July at the Kings Arms in Silsden, if it tickles your fancy you're more than welcome.
Thanks again
